Preventing Sickness in Children

All Mama would want their children to be healthy and avoid routine doctor for your child's immunity to various diseases and decreases. Here are 5 secrets preventing sickness in children :.  

1. Hand Hygiene Habits 
Keep handwashing reduces the chances of contracting the respiratory or gastrointestinal illness drastically. So get your child to get used to wash hands properly (rubbed between fingers up) or at least use a hand sanitizer after school, after play, after defecation and before eating. To be effective, hands should be rubbed about 20 seconds. 1-2-3 singing Everything dear, certainly more fun for the kids. 

 2. Moving On 
Each Day of the rain season is not an excuse to not exercise or be active every day. Research shows children are exercising enough and more powerful regular exposure to flu and colds by 50%. Exercise increases circulation cells that function to fight infection.  

3. Enough sleep 
According to experts, lack of sleep increases the likelihood of flu and colds. Teach children used to sleep early. In general, infants require about 14 hours of sleep a day, while toddlers and children need 11-13 hours of sleep a day. 

 4. Avoid touching face 
Influenza virus enters the body through the nose, eyes and mouth. Familiarize children not to touch the part, especially if he has not washed his hands. Teach children not to share straws, glasses or toothbrushes.  

5. Balanced Nutrition Menu 
Foods contain colorful fruits and vegetables can increase the child's immune system. Broccoli, strawberries and oranges contain lots of vitamin C. Try also tuna, milk and cereal for a dose of vitamin D. Yogurt with probiotics also help to increase endurance.
