How to teach your kids doing sport

Tuesday, August 20, 2013
If you make the sport as 'fun', teach children that doing sport is fun. Another way to exercise the right communication to your child:

Do not limit yourself to the gym and playing field.

Leslie Garrison of Virginia Beach, likes to take her young daughter, Chloe, to the mall which is rather quiet. Here, the three-year, could run and run fast on her side without disturbing anyone. Gang which is wide enough to store in it (especially on weekdays) could be a suitable place and provide opportunities for Garrison to shop as well.

Work out like a small child

Bjork and her husband, Jay, a second shift in the family room sofa up position facing each other and become a sort of trampoline. Seeing his parents busy jumping up and down, children plunge into the middle, bandwagon jumping and fun to play.

Make exercise something to look forward

By exercising together, you give children more than just a healthy start: you take the time that you can enjoy together. "My kids hardly do anything when we were both with them," said Susan Swaringen, mother of twins aged five years in Glenview, Illinois.
